Descripiton:

We are looking for a Project Manager - Digital Banking to lead the delivery of high-impact technology initiatives across digital channels and core banking systems. The ideal candidate has experience managing Agile projects, working with Java-based development and SDET automation teams, and delivering end-to-end digital banking solutions such as mobile, payments, and customer onboarding platforms.

Key Responsibilities

  • Manage the end-to-end delivery of digital banking projects - from requirements through deployment - ensuring scope, quality, and schedule adherence.
  • Oversee Agile ceremonies, backlog prioritization, and sprint planning with developers, testers, and business stakeholders.
  • Collaborate with Java engineering teams, QA/SDETs, and Product Owners to ensure timely feature delivery and integration testing.
  • Coordinate dependencies between multiple applications, APIs, and digital channels.
  • Establish and track project KPIs, Agile metrics, and RAID logs; provide clear visibility to leadership and business sponsors.
  • Manage cross-functional teams across onshore/offshore delivery centers.
  • Ensure alignment between business objectives, technology architecture, and testing strategies.
  • Lead stakeholder communications, risk assessments, and executive reporting.
  • Drive compliance with IT governance, security, and regulatory requirements.
  • Manage vendor relationships, contracts, and delivery commitments for third-party integrations.

Required Skills

  • Bachelor's degree in IT, Business, or Engineering (Master's preferred).
  • 8-12 years of experience in project delivery within Digital Banking or FinTech domains.
  • Proven record managing Java, API, and SDET-driven projects.
  • Hands-on knowledge of Agile frameworks (Scrum, SAFe, Kanban) and SDLC.
  • Strong command of project management tools - JIRA, Confluence, MS Project, Power BI.
  • Familiarity with REST APIs, microservices, and CI/CD pipelines.
  • Experience managing test automation (Selenium, JUnit, Postman, or similar tools).
  • Excellent leadership, communication, and stakeholder management skills.
  • Strong understanding of digital channels, payment systems, and core banking integrations.
