Aurum Wireless - AT&T Business Dealer

Roseville, MN • On-site

$6.0K - $9.0K/mo

Full-time

Posted 2 days ago

Job description

Aurum Wireless is rapidly expanding our AT&T Business division and we are hiring aggressive, money-motivated sales professionals who want a real opportunity to earn six figures.
This is NOT your average sales job.
You will be expected to prospect businesses, generate leads, knock doors, build relationships, and close deals. If you are uncomfortable talking to strangers, hearing “no,” or working independently, this role will not be a fit.
If you are competitive, coachable, and hungry, this will be your last sales job.
Average deal commissions are around $900+ and new reps regularly close multiple accounts per week.

What You’ll Do

  • Sell AT&T Business services to local businesses
  • Prospect and generate your own opportunities
  • Build relationships with business owners
  • Conduct in-person appointments and field visits
  • Close wireless, internet, and additional business solutions
  • Manage your pipeline and follow up consistently
  • Hit performance goals and grow with the company
Compensation

We believe in being direct about income potential.
This is a W2 sales job with a base guarantee.
Minimum performers: $80,000–$110,000+
Goal performers: $140,000–$180,000+
Top closers: $200,000–$240,000+
Average sale pays approximately $900 in commission.

What We Provide

  • High-level sales training
  • Leadership support and live deal assistance
  • Fast-growing company with advancement opportunities
  • Discounted AT&T service (50–100% off eligible plans)
  • Costco or Sam's Club membership

Requirements

  • Sales experience strongly preferred
  • Drivers License and a car is required
  • Strong communication skills
  • Must be comfortable with field sales and in-person prospecting
  • Self-motivated and performance driven
  • Must live near the posted market, but not required.
This is not a “clock in and collect a paycheck” type of role.
We are building a team of high-performing sales professionals that want more out of life and are willing to work for it.
