Join a team where technology, problem-solving, and customer experience come together.
Are you a hands-on troubleshooter who thrives in dynamic environments? Do you enjoy turning technical challenges into seamless experiences for clients? If so, we want you on our team as an Audio Visual (AV) Field Service Technician.
In this role, you'll play a vital part in supporting, maintaining, and optimizing AV systems for a diverse range of clients. You'll get to work with cutting-edge technology, collaborate with industry-leading manufacturers, and be the trusted expert customers rely on to keep their systems running flawlessly.
What You'll Do
Prepare & Execute Support Tickets
  • Gather and prepare all tools, programs, and documentation needed to diagnose entire AV systems.
  • Perform initial troubleshooting to identify root causes and assess potential related issues.
  • Work directly with manufacturers when necessary, including initiating and managing RMAs on-site.
  • Implement temporary on-site workarounds to keep clients operational while final fixes are in progress.
  • Document your work clearly and maintain communication through the full lifecycle of each ticket.
Preventative Maintenance & Reporting
  • Conduct regular maintenance: equipment cleaning, firmware updates, testing, and system validation.
  • Capture and report data related to system activity, lifecycle history, and recurring issues.
  • Contribute your knowledge by creating how-to guides, troubleshooting steps, and support documentation.
Service Desk Operations
  • Resolve customer issues remotely using tools such as ConnectWise, Bomgar, and other remote-access platforms.
  • Create, update, and manage service cases within the NetSuite case system-always with SLA compliance in mind.
  • Communicate proactively with customers via phone and email to ensure expectations are met and exceeded.
  • Collaborate with subject matter experts when issues require escalation.
General Responsibilities
  • Assist in final commissioning of new AV systems as needed.
  • Lead or support the integration of new AV solutions in the field.
  • Take on additional responsibilities that support our vision, uphold core values, and enhance client experiences.
What Makes You a Great Fit
  • You're a natural problem-solver with strong technical instincts.
  • You enjoy working directly with clients and delivering excellent service.
  • You adapt quickly to new technologies and love continuous learning.
  • You're detail-oriented, organized, and reliable when managing multiple tasks.

Why You'll Love Working With Us
  • Work with innovative AV technology in real-world environments.
  • Be part of a supportive, customer-focused team that values your expertise.
  • Enjoy opportunities for growth, certifications, and career development.
  • Make a visible impact every day by helping clients succeed through great technology.

If you're ready to elevate your AV career and be the go-to expert clients rely on, we'd love to hear from you. Apply today!
