Job description

RGNext employees execute and report on theater and strategic offensive and defensive ballistic missile testing and support space situational awareness operations and experiments, using a wide array of highly sophisticated radar, telemetry and optical sensors to meet the needs of the Department of Defense in defending the United States and its interests. Our team delivers invaluable defensive support to our nation, efficiency and essential national space awareness expertise to ensure our nation’s safety.


This overseas position is located on Kwajalein Atoll in the Marshall Islands. It is an unaccompanied position (no family accommodation or pets). Benefits of this unique location include free housing, three meals a day and potential for overseas tax incentives.


What You Will Do:
  • Supervise property employees in the daily operations supporting execution and compliance of the Government Property Management System in accordance with FAR Part 45 and FAR 52.245-1 requirements
  • Ensure personnel are properly trained on property processes, policies and regulations.
  • Provide the Property Manager with input/feedback on work performed as well as scheduling and de-conflicting resource scheduling
  • Review Maximo activity of personnel to assure quality and quantity of work meets expectations
  • Ensures site-specific property processes, procedures, work instructions, and forms are documented, maintained, and updated in accordance with the Quality Management System
  • Establishes and supports training programs aligned with property management processes and FAR 52.245-1 outcomes
  • Assists in managing Government Property throughout the full lifecycle including acquisition, receiving, records, movement, utilization, storage, maintenance, inventory, and disposition
  • Maintains property records accuracy and completeness within the system of record (Maximo)
  • Plans, coordinates, and supports physical inventory activities including wall-to-wall, cyclic, spot, and custodial inventories
  • Reconciles inventory results and supports corrective actions for discrepancies
  • Processes Government Property loss reporting in accordance with FAR 52.245-1 and submits documentation through PIEE
  • Processes property disposition requests in PIEE and coordinates screening, reutilization, transfer, or disposal actions
  • Ensures proper identification and tagging of Government Property
  • Supports property movement tracking and custody transfers
  • Monitors property utilization to identify excess, idle, or underutilized assets
  • Supports excess identification and disposition planning
  • Participate in internal reviews, self-assessments, and PMSA preparation activities
  • Supports audit readiness and maintains required audit artifacts and supporting documentation
  • Assists in development and tracking of property management metrics and performance monitoring
  • Supports corrective action development and implementation for property system deficiencies
  • Coordinates with functional owners, custodians, and maintenance personnel to ensure property accountability is maintained
  • Provides operational guidance to property personnel and custodians on compliance requirements
  • Supports subcontractor property oversight, when applicable
  • Ensures documentation retention in accordance with contractual and regulatory requirements
  • Communicate with internal and external stakeholders regarding Government Property matters
  • Supports preparation of contract-required property reports and data calls
  • Ensures assigned tasks are completed accurately and within required timelines
  • Performs other duties as assigned


Skills Needed:

  • Ability to extract, interpret, and publish metrics to measure efficacy and efficiency for the department for Property, Supply and Logistics Management.
  • Excellent communication skills, with the ability to motivate team members effectively.
  • Must be proficient at planning and monitoring multiple project requirements concurrently.
  • Coordination, planning, and time management skills.
  • Attention to detail and ability to work within multiple areas of complexity.
  • Team- oriented who can think critically and independently.
  • Understands and adheres to Safety and risk assessment concepts.
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite, particularly Excel and Word.
  • Ability to be flexible in a changing work environment.

Qualifications You Must Have:
  • Bachelor’s Degree in logistics, supply and/or property management or related discipline or equivalent combination of education and experience.
  • Five or more years’ experience in Supply Chain Management, Property and/or Logistic Management.
  • Proficiency using Maximo or equivalent system.
  • Working knowledge and understanding of Government Property Management regulations (FAR 45 and 52.245-1), principles, concepts, practices, standards and web-based reporting functions such as PIEE.
  • Must be physically able to conduct various unaided range of motion movements to include bending, twisting and climbing ≤ 30 feet.
  • Ability to push a minimum of 50 pounds and lift a minimum of 25 pounds.
  • Must be able to obtain and maintain a DoD Secret security clearance which requires U.S. Citizenship.
  • Must be able to relocate to the United States Army Kwajalein Atoll, Marshall Islands.
  • Must be able to obtain and maintain a U.S. passport.
  • Must be able to obtain and maintain a base Driver’s License.
  • The flexibility to work occasional non-duty hours or on weekends to support specific project or mission requirements.
