NJM Packaging is seeking an Aseptic Product Manager to join our growing team. The Aseptic Product Manager is responsible for supporting the Regional Sales Managers (RSMs), managing opportunities, and ensuring the successful positioning of aseptic and sterile pharmaceutical processing equipment within the market. This role bridges technical product knowledge with commercial strategy, supporting sales efforts, customer engagements, project execution, and lifecycle oversight for all aseptic equipment opportunities in the region.

The ideal candidate possesses strong technical aptitude, excellent communication skills, and the ability to collaborate crossfunctionally with customers, sales teams, service teams, and international manufacturing partners.

  • Support RSMs during customer presentations, product demonstrations, and technical discussions.
  • Identify and qualify potential customers through market research, networking, and industry outreach.
  • Participate in critical customer Factory Acceptance Tests (FATs) to support the customer experience and ensure technical accuracy.
  • Attend industry trade shows, conferences, and seminars as required to promote Aseptic packaging solutions and gather market intelligence.
  • Maintain expert-level knowledge of aseptic filling and sterile processing product lines.
  • Maintain full visibility and engagement with every active aseptic sales opportunity.
  • Review customer User Requirement Specifications (URS) and confirm that third party proposals accurately address all requirements.
  • Ensure Salesforce is updated with accurate opportunity notes, next steps, and customer communication details.
  • Document all quote requests in Salesforce to track timely delivery and follow-up.
  • Monitor opportunity dashboards to ensure accuracy and identify any risks or delays.
  • Maintain up-to-date tracking of all open aseptic orders, including project timelines, milestones, and FAT scheduling.
  • Participate in project meetings with customers to support communication, manage expectations, and address technical or timeline concerns.
  • Work with customers and third party project teams to obtain outstanding information, approvals, or deliverables.
  • Identify schedule risks early and collaborate with both internal and external stakeholders to resolve issues.
  • Collaborate closely with AfterSales Service to stay informed about any ongoing service or support issues related to installations.
  • Provide product training and technical updates to RSMs as new features, models, or updates become available.
  • Gather field feedback and communicate it to suppliers for continuous product improvement.
  • Assist with competitive analysis and market insights to support strategy and forecasting.

  • 5+ years experience in sterile pharmaceutical manufacturing equipment, aseptic filling systems, or related technical fields strongly preferred.
  • Strong understanding of GMP, aseptic processing principles, and pharmaceutical equipment validation processes.
  • Excellent communication, presentation, and organizational skills.
  • Ability to travel domestically and internationally for customer visits, FATs, and trade shows.
  • Proficiency with CRM tools, preferably Salesforce.
  • Technical aptitude and the ability to translate complex concepts into customer-friendly explanations.
  • Strong project coordination and multitasking skills.
  • Customer-focused mindset with a proactive, solution-oriented approach.
  • High attention to detail and accuracy in documentation and communication.
  • Ability to work independently while maintaining alignment with crossfunctional teams.
  • Ability to travel in Europe and North America as needed estimated at 40-60%
