Schedule

Full-time position with rotating shifts.

Team members work a rotating schedule that includes either Saturdays or the occasional Sunday when scheduled. The dealership is open on the last Sunday of each month.

What You'll Do
  • Respond to customer inquiries by phone, text, email, and online channels
  • Build relationships with prospective customers and provide an outstanding first impression of our dealership
  • Help customers schedule appointments with our sales team
  • Follow up with leads in a timely and professional manner
  • Utilize our CRM and communication tools to connect with customers throughout the day
  • Work closely with sales management and sales consultants to provide a seamless customer experience
  • Maintain accurate customer records and activity notes
  • Contribute to individual and team performance goals
