Start Date: ASAP
Position: Part-Time / Flexible Schedule
Location: Remote
Hours: Approximately 5โ€“15 hours per week
Compensation: $50 per qualified appointment that attends
Ideal For: College students, recent graduates, or anyone looking for flexible part-time work

About the Role

We are looking for an outgoing, motivated Appointment Setter / Business Development Assistant to help us connect with local business owners and decision-makers.

Your primary responsibility will be making outbound calls to a list of businesses that we provide, following a proven script, speaking with the appropriate decision-maker, and scheduling qualified appointments for our sales team.

You do not need to close the sale. Your job is to start the conversation and get the right person onto the calendar.

This is a great opportunity for a college student interested in sales, marketing, entrepreneurship, communications, or business development.

What Youโ€™ll Do

  • Make outbound calls to businesses from a provided prospect list
  • Follow our calling script and training
  • Speak professionally with business owners and managers
  • Identify qualified prospects
  • Schedule appointments directly on our calendar
  • Accurately record call results and notes
  • Follow up with prospects when appropriate
  • Consistently work toward weekly appointment goals
