Job Description
  • Demonstrate best-practice engineering, including Agile methodologies, unit testing, refactoring, code reviews, build and deployment processes
  • Translate requirements, user scenarios, and technical constraints into fully developed and tested software
  • Integrate software features, systems, and COTS products across an established enterprise domain
  • Troubleshoot and debug deployed applications in a live production environment
  • Improve quality of code base using proper technical practices, automated testing, and code quality reviews
  • Capable of clearly and effectively conveying issues, reports, and other deliverables to engineering and customer counterpartsย 
  • Familiar with and effectively utilize CM processes/tools

  • Experience with popular Java frameworks and technologies such as Spring Framework, JPA/Hibernate.
  • Experience with asynchronous messaging technologies (e.g. JMS).
  • Experience with AWS.
  • Familiarity with build tools such as Ant, Maven or Gradle.
  • Can prototype and iterate quickly with ability to debug and productize at a fast pace.
  • Familiarity with continuous integration principles.
  • Able to multitask and thrive in a dynamic environment as well as balance and prioritize activities to ensure critical items are addressed.
  • Reliable and dedicated professional with clear thinking and strong attention to detail.
  • Excellent communication skills both written and verbal.
