Applications TechnologistThe essential functions and basic duties of the Applications Technologist will include:Project ManagementDevelops work plans and has proven time and project management skillsAbility to manage relationships with universities and coordinate testing at university culinary innovation center to conduct plant-based meat alternative application studiesWorks closely with the companyโ€™s quality team to conduct bakery studies in our laboratoryAssist with R&D and production trials focused on new product development where customer input will be key to product successStrong analytical and problem-solving skills.
