Position Title: Apigee API Developer

Location: San Francisco , CA

Hire Type: Full Time Only  



Job Description:-

One year hands-on development experience on APIGEE edge platform. 

Experience previously working in ESB and API implementation projects. 

Candidates will need to be able to perform hands-on technical development to implement APIs and policies. 

Working experience using web services and API's built on SOAP or REST and using XML or JSON. 

API design/modelling using Swagger 2.0 

Working knowledge on securing data channels using various mechanisms (basic authentication, OAuth 2.0, etc.) 

Insurance Domain knowledge preferred


Technical/Functional Skills

Hands on development experience on Apigee Edge and (or) other API platforms (CA API / IBM API / MuleSoft API) 

Experience working on web technologies JSON, REST, SOAP, NodeJS, oAuth, Swagger 2.0


Roles & Responsibilities

Responsible for designing & developing APIs 

Works in conjunction with Program Manager to size, manage scope and risk


Generic Managerial/Soft Skills

Excellent analytical and problem solving skills 

Excellent verbal and written communication skills 

Successful teamwork experience
