TEHORA est présentement à la recherche d’un Responsable de communauté de pratique des Product Owners.
Sans être exhaustifs, voici les services et livrables que devra fournir la personne retenue :
- Structurer et animer la communauté de pratique ;
- Définir et diffuser les bonnes pratiques ;
- Accompagner les Product Owners ;
- Assurer l’uniformisation des méthodes ;
- Contribuer à l’amélioration continue ;
- Participer aux activités de gouvernance.
Requirements
- Diplôme universitaire ou expérience équivalente ;
- Minimum quinze (15) ans d’expérience en TI ;
- Expérience pertinente liée au rôle ;
- Maîtrise du français ;
- Capacité d’animation et collaboration.
