Key Responsibilities Design & Animation

  • Create compelling designs for digital, print, and social media platforms
  • Design and build landing pages that convert, aligned to campaign goals and brand guidelines
  • Develop engaging motion graphics and animations using Adobe Suite
  • Maintain consistency across various client brand guidelines
  • Design social media assets, digital ads, and marketing materials
  • Create storyboards and design concepts for client approval


Project Execution

  • Manage multiple design projects simultaneously while meeting deadlines
  • Work within established brand guidelines to deliver consistent creative
  • Optimize designs for different platforms and formats
  • Collaborate with team members to implement feedback and revisions
  • Maintain organized project files and asset libraries


Team Collaboration

  • Work closely with creative team members and account managers
  • Participate in creative brainstorming sessions
  • Provide and receive constructive feedback on design work
  • Support senior team members with project execution
  • Contribute to internal creative initiatives


Technical Requirements Design Skills

  • Expert proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign)
  • Strong motion design skills using After Effects and Capcut
  • Understanding of design principles and typography
  • Landing page design experience, with an understanding of layout, hierarchy, and conversion-focused design
  • Knowledge of current design trends and best practices
  • Experience with responsive design and digital platforms


Project Management

  • Ability to manage multiple projects efficiently
  • Experience with remote collaboration tools
  • Strong attention to detail
  • Excellent file management and organization skills
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team


General Requirements

  • 3+ years experience in graphic design and motion graphics
  • Strong portfolio demonstrating both static and motion design work
  • Bachelor's degree in Design or related field preferred
  • Excellent communication and time management skills
  • Experience working in a fast-paced creative environment



Compensation is USD $1400/month.
