Job description

Who we are

Video is 90% of the world's data. Most of it is invisible to machines.
TwelveLabs builds the intelligence layer to change that. Our multimodal AI models understand video the way humans do — across sight, sound, and motion — and power production-scale AI workloads across media, entertainment, sports, security, and government.

We have raised more than $210 million from NEA, Radical Ventures, Amazon, NVIDIA, Snowflake, Databricks, Index Ventures, NAVER Ventures, Korea Investment Partners, Quadrille Capital, Red Bull Ventures, and AI pioneers including Fei-Fei Li, Silvio Savarese, and Alexandr Wang.

We are a global company, headquartered in San Francisco with offices in Seoul, New York, and London, and employees around the world. We believe the differences in our cultural, educational, and life experiences make our products stronger. Building technology that understands the world in all its complexity requires people who see it from every angle. We are looking for individuals who are driven by hard problems and want their work to matter. Come build it with us!

About the Role

We are looking for a Senior Executive Assistant to support our executive team, with the CEO as the clear priority focus. This is a high trust, high visibility role for someone who thrives on complexity, moves fast, and brings calm, sound judgment to a fast changing environment.

You will be the CEO's right hand for scheduling, logistics, travel, and day-to-day operations, while also providing calendaring and travel support to other executives as needed. You'll be a key point of continuity across a global team spanning the US, the UK, and Korea.

Candidates must be able to travel up to 10% of the time annually to attend conferences, off-site meetings, and other business-related events as required by the role. This role may require participation in on-site interviews and/or completion of in-person onboarding processes.

In this role, you will
  • Manage complex, shifting calendars across multiple time zones, prioritizing what matters most to the CEO's time first, and supporting other executives' calendars as needed

  • Coordinate international travel for the CEO, including regular trips to Korea and other locations as the business requires, and provide travel support for other executives as needed

  • Anticipate needs before they're asked, and handle ambiguity with good judgment

  • Serve as a trusted point of contact for internal and external stakeholders on the CEO's behalf

  • Prepare and organize materials for meetings, board sessions, and offsites

  • Handle sensitive and confidential information with discretion

  • Help keep the CEO organized, on time, and focused on the highest-leverage work

You may be a good fit if you have
  • 5+ years of experience as an Executive Assistant supporting senior leadership (CEO, C-suite, or Founder level), ideally somewhere that moved fast and grew quickly, so you already know what it feels like to keep pace with a business in motion

  • You've built your career in the technology industry and know how to operate in that world

  • You genuinely want to be in the room. You're excited to be in our San Francisco office and see the day-to-day energy of the company up close

  • You travel well and travel often. You're ready to join the CEO in Korea and wherever else the business takes him, and you see travel as part of what makes this role interesting rather than a burden

  • You have the judgment and discretion of someone who has been trusted with sensitive information before, and you take that trust seriously

  • You write and speak with clarity and warmth, and you know how to represent someone else's voice accurately

  • You're resourceful and adaptable, the kind of person who finds a way rather than getting stuck, and you're comfortable making decisions independently

  • You bring a calm, grounded presence to chaos. You can manage up with confidence, hold a lot of moving pieces at once, and never lose your composure when priorities shift

  • Experience planning offsites, company summits, or executive retreats

  • Comfort supporting more than one executive at a time, with the ability to prioritize ruthlessly when needs compete

Preferred Qualifications
  • Korean language proficiency would be a wonderful bonus and would help you build even deeper trust with our Korea team, though we don't consider it a dealbreaker

  • You've supported leadership at an AI company and speak the language of this industry

  • Experience supporting board meetings, from prepping materials to coordinating logistics and managing sensitive pre-read distribution

  • Exposure to fundraising cycles and the scheduling and logistics that come with investor meetings

  • Experience supporting a bicoastal or global leadership team, not just a single region

Benefits and Perks

Work closely with a collaborative, mission-driven team on cutting-edge AI technology

Full health, dental, and vision benefits

Extremely flexible PTO and parental leave policy. Office closed the week of Christmas and New Years
