Dream is looking for an Intern, Development Administration (4 month)!

Dream Unlimited is always looking for the best and brightest to join its thriving community. We are currently looking for a student to join our Development team as an intern for 4 months beginning Fall 2026.

What will you do?

  • Work alongside the development team on day to day tasks to meet project timelines;
  • Interact with various groups in the company to facilitate execution of project deliverables;
  • Attend meetings as required with members of the development team;
  • Facilitate co-ordination of project memos as required and management of task lists;
  • Provide support as needed to development team members;
  • Consolidate current and past project folders on our internal group drive and assimilate into new digital structure, as well as catalogue past project records/drawings for offsite storage; and
  • Assist with daily administrative tasks as required, including but not limited to assisting with meeting scheduling, catering requests, group email distributions, printing, and filing.

What type of experience do you have?

  • You are currently enrolled in a College or Undergraduate Program. Pursuing a degree in either Finance, Urban Planning, Real Estate or Architecture.
  • You are proficient in Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, Outlook, PowerPoint), Adobe/Bluebeam.
  • You have a collaborative mindset and positive attitude.
