Job Description Administration & Production Assistant, $50,000/year | Work model: 4-5d in office Join a collaborative team that plays a vital role in the successful delivery of high-stakes professional examinations. As an Administration & Production Assistant, you will help prepare, organize and safeguard examination materials while supporting production workflows that ensure examinations are delivered accurately, securely and on schedule. You will also assist with video production activities, inventory management and examination centre support, working within established procedures to maintain the highest standards of quality and confidentiality.

Key Responsibilities Prepare, assemble, track and securely manage examination materials throughout the production lifecycle. Coordinate procurement, inventory, shipping and quality control of examination materials and supplies. Support video editing, training resources and secure distribution of digital content.

Provide operational support to examination centres, resolving routine issues and escalating concerns when appropriate. Maintain accurate documentation and contribute to continuous process improvements while ensuring compliance with security and quality standards. Video Production and Training Video Support Support editing and preparation of Performance Examination case training video files in accordance with established instructions, including coordination with the relevant consultant for review and finalization.

Maintain secure organization and posting of finalized video files to SharePoint or other approved platforms in accordance with company practices. Support development of internal tutorial and training videos as required, including content that supports examination centre staff training and materials audit procedures. Qualifications Post-secondary education in administration, project management or a related field.

1-2 years of experience in an administrative, production or operations support role. Strong organizational skills with exceptional attention to detail and accuracy. Proficiency with Microsoft Office; experience with SharePoint, video editing software or document management systems is an asset.
