We're looking for a Staff Product Manager to join the Ad Marketplace team.
What you'll do:
  • Own the end-to-end strategy, roadmap, and execution for Ad Inventory products, driving healthy growth while balancing complex trade-offs across users, advertisers, and Snap's business.
  • Optimize the user-ad experience, serving as the internal voice for ad inventory and forecasting products across the organization.
  • Build new Ad Marketplace products and structures that improve overall monetization of ad inventory, including AI-powered and data-intensive solutions.
  • Define, manage, and execute a long-term roadmap which includes AI powered and data intensive products.
  • Solicit ideas and feedback, gather requirements, write specs, create wireframes and workflows, and coordinate cross-functionally.
  • Partner closely with cross-functional leaders across Content, Growth, and Ad Format to drive cohesive product strategy and execution.
  • Leverage A/B testing, deep-dive analysis, and experimentation to make informed product decisions and communicate results clearly across a matrixed organization.
  • Stay current on the advertising industry to ensure Snap's product portfolio continues to meet customer needs.

Knowledge, Skills & Abilities:
  • Deep expertise of marketplace technologies and familiarity with auction mechanics.
  • Strong system-level thinking across users' organic experience, advertiser objectives and company goals, with the ability to connect levers across the full delivery stack.
  • Proven ability to collaborate strategically across all levels of an organization - from executives to engineering, data scientists, designers, product managers and other cross-functional partners.
  • Revenue-focused leadership with a track record of driving growth in optimization advertising products.
  • Strong analytical mindset with experience using data and experimentation to inform product decisions.
  • Excellent communication skills, with the ability to influence and align stakeholders across a complex, matrixed organization.
  • Ability to drive projects from strategy through to completion, balancing tactical execution with long-term vision.

Minimum Qualifications:
  • BS/BA degree or equivalent relevant experience
  • 8+ years of experience in consumer, digital advertising products, or marketplace products
  • Experience with marketplace technologies and familiarity with auction mechanics.
  • Experience working on a complex landscape where managing multiple trade-offs are required

Preferred Qualifications:
  • BA/BS degree in in computer science, electrical engineering, mathematics, physics, economics, or related field
  • Experience with ad and/or marketing technology at a top-tier digital ad platform
  • Advanced quantitative degree (e.g. statistics, engineering, finance, math)
  • Experience with product development, software development, or interaction design

Compensation
In the United States, work locations are assigned a pay zone which determines the salary range for the position. The successful candidate's starting pay will be determined based on job-related skills, experience, qualifications, work location, and market conditions. The starting pay may be negotiable within the salary range for the position.These pay zones may be modified in the future.
Zone A (CA, WA, NYC):
The base salary range for this position is $229,000-$343,000 annually.
Zone B:
The base salary range for this position is $218,000-$326,000 annually.
Zone C:
The base salary range for this position is $195,000-$292,000 annually.
This position is eligible for equity in the form of RSUs.
