Indiana, PA 15701, USA

**Candidate must reside in PA or OH to be Telecommuting eligible.

The Identity and Access Management Specialist will be responsible for implementation and administration of the SailPoint Identity Security Cloud including dependent systems and applications. This will consist of developing processes for onboarding applications, creating workflows for user lifecycle management, and building report mechanisms for identity and access management processes. Will work as part of a team to manage application access roles and permissions, with a focus on automation through SailPoint integration.

Responsibilities
  • Assists with development and implementation of SailPoint Identity Security Cloud solution.
  • Develops procedures and process for onboarding new and existing applications into the SailPoint Identity Cloud solution.
  • Responsible for development and management of SailPoint connectors, both out of the box and custom.
  • Creates workflows, rules, and reporting mechanisms for user lifecycle management processes.
  • Develops workflows, rules, and reporting mechanisms for user access certifications.
  • Provides guidance and knowledge transfer to other members of Information Security team.
  • Works as part of an on call rotation for Information Security services (minimal calls).
Bona Fide Occupational Qualifications
  • High School diploma or equivalent required. Associate’s or Bachelor’s degree in information systems or related field preferred.
  • Must have minimum 3 years’ experience with administration of SailPoint Identity Security Cloud.
  • Minimum 5 years’ experience in IT, working in a large complex environment.
  • Must have experience with security frameworks such as NIST, PCI, CIS, and ISO.
  • Must have experience coding and implementing SailPoint connectors, out of the box and custom.
  • SailPoint certifications preferred, all Information Security and IT related certifications considered a plus.
  • Must possess good communication skills, verbal and written, with an ability to explain technical ideas.
  • May be eligible for Telecommuting.
