Job description

Job Description:

We are seeking a detail-oriented Seasonal HRIS Coordinator to support our HR Information Systems team. This role is responsible for day-to-day ticket triage, Workday transaction processing, and system testing support. The ideal candidate is organized comfortable working within defined processes, and able to distinguish between transactional tasks and issues requiring escalation to senior HRIS staff.

Duration: This is a temporary/seasonal position anticipated to run through January 2027.

Key Responsibilities

Ticketing & Inbox Management
  • Manage the FreshService ticketing system and Workday Support Outlook imbox; triage all incoming tickets
  • Complete transactional requests including assistance with log-in issues, report requests, etc.
  • Escalate configuration-related needs to leadership and senior team members for prioritization
Workday Processing
  • Manage the Workday Administrator inbox
  • Review and process qualifying life events (QLEs)
  • Audit Workday tasks to ensure compliance
  • Communicate with Field and/or Region HR Partners regarding needed documents or approvals
Time & Benefits Administration
  • Process & audit time uploads
  • Process COBRA administration tasks
  • Process court ordered benefit changes under the guidance of senior HRIS staff
Data Integrity & Error Resolution
  • Review integration error files: resolve simple errors and escalate complex issues to senior HRIS staff
Project Support
  • Execute assigned test scripts
  • Document and report testing results
  • Assist with developing training material

Qualifications:

  • Prior experience with Workday HCM
  • Advanced skill set in Microsoft Excel
  • Strong attention to detail and ability to follow defined process
  • Ability to distinguish routine tasks from those requiring escalation
  • Comfortable working with sensitive employee data and maintaining confidentiality
  • Strong written communication skills
  • Strong interpersonal skills and customer service mindset
  • Exceptionally self-motivated, effective in multi-tasking, and thrives in a team environment
