WHAT YOU'LLDO

This 12-18month rotational program offersLanairesidents a structured pathway to develop leadership capabilities within Four Seasons. Participants gain handson operational experience in Food & Beverage, with rotational exposure across Restaurants, Pool & Beach, InRoom Dining, Banquets, and/or Stewarding. The program emphasizes experiential learning, mentorship, and performance feedback to support longterm career growth.Responsibilities include, but are not limited to:

  • Support leadership with daily Food & Beverage operations whilemaintaininga strong, visible presence on the floor

  • Deliver exceptional guest experiences by upholding service standards and addressing guest feedback, concerns, and special requests

  • Build andmaintainrelationships with both repeat and new guests to drive satisfaction and loyalty

  • Monitor facility and equipment conditions; recommend enhancements as needed

  • Partner with Culinary and FrontofHouse leadership on menu updates and special offerings

  • Ensure compliance with company policies and all health, safety, and regulatory requirements

  • Attend,participatein, and occasionally lead meetings, training sessions, and daily preshift briefings

  • Support onboarding by ensuring new hiresareproperly trainedandentered intopayroll systems per training guidelines

  • Provide ongoing coaching, feedback, and performance updates to service staff and management

  • Facilitate clear communication between Frontand BackofHouse teams to ensure smooth operations

  • Participate in crossdepartmental meetings to promote collaboration and operational alignment

  • Learn and consistently apply service and cultural standards whiledemonstratingstrong knowledge of hotel products and services

  • Develop skills in labor management and cost control through scheduling, budgeting, inventory,purchasing, and operational efficiencies

WHAT TOBRING

  • Successful candidate mustpossesslegal work authorization in United States

  • The hospitality business functions seven (7) days a week, twenty-four (24) hours adayand scheduled days and times may vary based on need. Holidays and weekends availability isrequired.

  • Required by the Hawaii State Department of Health to obtain a Tuberculous (TB) clearance card

  • HawaiiFood Handler's Card and Hawaii Maui County liquor cardisrequiredfor this role

  • Ability to stand for extended periods,lift upto 50lbs, and push/pull as needed during shifts
