Job description

AR Management Company is seeking a Property Management Assistant who will provide support for our property management team and deliver excellent customer service to our clients. This position is Monday-Friday and requires 20-25 hours a week. This position offers flexibility and room for growth based on experience and skill set. Compensation commensurate to experience.

Primary Responsibilities:

- Providing support for 1-2 property managers with a variety of responsibilities

- Coordinating annual calendar for communities in conjunction with property manager

- Performing regular site inspections of communities

- Processing and facilitating homeowner concerns

- Handling work orders

- Preparing homeowner communications, written and electronic, including newsletters and email bulletins

- Maintaining accurate paper and electronic filing

- Updating and maintaining information on community websites

- Seasonal projects (ex: pool pass distribution)

- Other tasks as assigned

Qualifications:

- Must have excellent interpersonal, oral and written communication skills. Customer service and phone experience a plus.

- Must be detail oriented with an ability to multi-task.

- Must be a problem solver.

- Must be proficient with Microsoft Office. Experience with TOPS software a plus.

Education:

- 2+ years college preferred
