Job Description
NOTE: This is a 10-week or 20-week program that starts Sept 2026
Co-op Interns have the opportunity to interact with teams within EVERSANA MANAGEMENT CONSULTING to address critical strategic questions within the biopharmaceutical space. Our co-op offers mentorship from dedicated team members in an entrepreneurial environment, while providing the opportunity to develop a deep understanding of the life sciences understanding. Co-op Interns are staffed like Associates on project teams, where primary responsibilities include the following:
ACCOUNTABILITIES
  • Supporting targeted secondary research (e.g., desk risk, secondary data analysis) and primary research (e.g., interviews with key opinion leaders / insurance payers)
  • Synthesizing research insights to develop logical and effective client recommendations
  • Developing high-quality client communications and deliverables (e.g., PowerPoint slides, Excel models)
  • Communicating verbal and written information in logical, clear, and concise fashion
  • Contributing to the development of the firm's capabilities and infrastructure
  • Supporting the development of a high-performance culture

Qualifications
  • Motivated individuals enrolled in a full-time MBA or PhD program with an interest in Life Science Consulting and/or the biopharmaceutical industry
  • A strong passion for-and understanding of dynamics and issues in-the pharma and biotech industries
  • Strong analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and PowerPoint

Office: While performing the essential functions of this job the employee is frequently required to reach, grasp, stand and/or sit for long periods of time (up to 90% of the shift), walk, talk and hear; occasionally required to lift and/or move up to 25 pounds. The noise level in the work environment is usually moderately quiet, with frequent interruptions and multiple demands.
