Job Overview:
The working experience of an Intern is essentially identical to that of a full-time Associate. You will gain deeper insight into the aviation industry and the type of work that Alton's professionals engage in every day. Throughout your work with Alton, you will be working closely with Alton's experts to apply commercial expertise and rigorous analysis to solving real-world problems that aviation industry players are faced with. From day one, you will participate in tasks such as market research, data analysis, and building strategic recommendation reports. The internship will sharpen your understanding of business analytics and presentation tools, as well as equip you with in-depth knowledge on aviation market trends. As part of our commitment to professional development, Alton will provide you with initial training when you join, ensuring you are equipped to grow and excel in your role.
The internship role is a full-time position, and the base salary range for this role is $87,500-$97,500.
Job Responsibilities:
  • Work as a member of a consulting team on client engagements to gather, analyze, and interpret data in support of hypothesis testing and solution development
  • Conduct market research, perform both quantitative and qualitative analyses (including financial model development), and author presentations and reports
  • Contribute to the growth of the company in an entrepreneurial environment and support the development of company intellectual property
QUALIFICATIONS
Educational Background:
Pursuit of a bachelor’s or master’s degree in a quantitative, problem solving, or critical reasoning discipline (e.g., finance, mathematics, engineering, statistics, philosophy, etc.) from a top educational institution. Preference will be given to upperclassmen and graduating students.
