Graduate Healthcare Management Consulting Intern โ€” Strategy, Operations & Growth

Altheda Medical Center is seeking a highly motivated graduate student to join as a Graduate Healthcare Management Consulting Intern. This internship is designed for current MBA, MHA, MPH, MPA, MS, MSBA, healthcare administration, public health, data analytics, operations, technology, or other masterโ€™s-level students with a deep interest in healthcare, business strategy, operations, growth, and innovation.
This is a project-based internship for a graduate student who wants to work on real business and operational problems inside a growing outpatient healthcare organization. The intern will support Altheda leadership with structured research, problem-solving, project execution, operational improvement, growth initiatives, and practical deliverables.
This is an opportunity for a graduate student who wants meaningful exposure to the business side of healthcare and wants to help improve how a healthcare organization grows, operates, communicates, and executes.

About the Internship:
The Graduate Healthcare Management Consulting Intern will work directly with Altheda leadership on practical projects that support strategy, operations, patient experience, growth, technology, and organizational execution.
This internship is designed for a current graduate student who can take broad business or operational problems and help turn them into organized, usable work products. The intern will be expected to conduct research, define problems, organize findings, build project materials, create recommendations, and support implementation.
This is not a passive internship. The ideal candidate is someone who can think like a consultant, communicate like a professional, and execute like an operator.
Expected hours: Approximately 8โ€“10 hours per week
Internship duration: Quarterly project cycle
Hiring: Rolling and highly competitive
Interns are accepted into an initial quarterly project period. Interns who are interested in continuing into the next quarter may be considered for renewal based on performance, project needs, professionalism, reliability, and leadership approval. Continuation into a future quarter is not automatic.
