What You'll Do:

  • Welcome and assist prospective residents, showcasing apartment features and community benefits
  • Handle phone inquiries, service requests, and resident concerns professionally
  • Complete lease applications, verify information, and prepare related paperwork
  • Maintain market awareness and contribute ideas for marketing and resident satisfaction
  • Inspect property grounds, report maintenance needs, and assist with move-outs
  • Support the Community Manager with reports, surveys, and resident communications
  • Ensure compliance with all rental laws and deliver exceptional customer service

What We're Looking For:

  • Self-motivated, high-energy individual who thrives in a fast-paced, team-oriented environment
  • Strong communication and people skills
  • Proficiency in MS Office (Word, Excel, Outlook); Yardi experience a plus
  • Coursework or interest in Real Estate or Property Management preferred
