We currently have open positions for Assistant Managers (AM) and Restaurant Managers (RM). Initial hiring range for AM is $52,000-$55,000 and RM is $58,000-$65,000. The placement of our management team is determined by assessing skill level and an approximation of a 30 minute travel time from their place of residence.

What You’ll Do:

  • Lead the Rush: Manage, coach, and inspire a team of 15+ in a fast-paced environment, ensuring top-tier speed and service during peak morning hours.
  • Quality Control: Maintain high standards of food safety, cleanliness, and beverage quality.
  • Drive Results: Use your experience in inventory management, labor scheduling, and P&L to drive profitability.
  • Build Relationships: Cultivate a positive, welcoming atmosphere for both staff and guests. 

Essential Job Functions:

  • Maintain a healthy, safe and secure environment by following and enforcing food safety, safety and sanitation guidelines and comply with all applicable State and Federal laws.
  • Responsible for recruiting, hiring, onboarding, staffing and the development of employees through training and mentoring.
  • Maximize profitability and hit sales goals by controlling food, beverage and labor costs.
  • Execute all in-restaurant marketing promotions and new product roll-outs in a timely manner.
  • Follow and maintain quality and guest service standards including drive-through times.
  • Ensure guest satisfaction by providing superior customer service and prompt problem resolution to guest complaints.
  • Manage inventory and order food and beverages, equipment and supplies as needed.

Minimum Qualifications/Requirements:

  • Must have valid driver’s license and reliable transportation.
  • Willing to work long hours, including weekends, evenings and holidays.
  • 2+ years QSR restaurant, retail or supervisory experience is required.
  • Advanced math and financial management skills
  • Must be able to fluently speak and read English.
  • Basic computer and writing skills.
  • Proven ability to manage inventory, control labor costs, and train staff.
  • Energy: A positive \can-do\ attitude with strong problem-solving skills.
