Summary of Position:

The Global Enrollment Management Department is seeking a meticulous and organized Temporary Global Enrollment Management Assistant to support the Global Enrollment Management team. In this role will be responsible for overseeing the processing and management of student applications, ensuring accuracy and completeness in our records. Tasks will include monitoring incoming applications, conducting audits, and performing clerical support functions to ensure efficient and accurate processing.

Essential Job Responsibilities & Duties:

  • Review a high-volume of online admissions and pre-departure forms using IES Abroad's database systems.

  • Support GEM Specialists with daily tasks, including processing visa application mail and organizing documents.

  • Download and organize relevant reports for GEM Specialists.

  • Assist with data audits and visa application reviews.

  • Complete additional tasks or duties as assigned.

Experience & Qualifications/Skills:

  • Minimum one year of administrative and/or systems experience

  • Strong attention to detail with the capacity to maintain accurate records

  • Ability to learn new systems quickly

  • Ability to prioritize multiple projects simultaneously and to meet deadlines

  • Basic Microsoft Office application skills required

  • Strong written and verbal communication skills

Education, Licenses and/or Certifications etc.:

  • High School diploma required

  • Associate's degree or Bachelor's degree preferred

Hourly Rate:

$27.00 per hour
