Job description

Job Title: Office Services Coordinator
Location: Fort Mill, SC 29707
Job Type: Temporary 5+ month contract
Schedule: Monday – Friday | 8:00 AM – 5:00 PM (40 hours/week)
Pay Rate: $20.00/hour

Job Summary:-
We are seeking a reliable and self-motivated Site Coordinator – Managed Services to support daily office services, facilities, and basic IT operations in a professional office environment. This hands-on role is responsible for shipping and receiving IT equipment, mailroom operations, office support, conference room coordination, and providing excellent customer service. The ideal candidate will have strong organizational skills, basic technical aptitude, and the ability to manage multiple responsibilities independently.

Key Responsibilities:- 
Coordinate the daily operations of a managed services site.
Pack, prepare, and ship IT equipment, including CPUs, monitors, keyboards, mice, cables, and related hardware for new hires.
Process incoming and outgoing shipments, mail, and packages.
Operate office equipment including copiers, multifunction devices, scanners, and mailroom equipment.
Provide copy, print, imaging, courier, and mail services.
Assist with reception, switchboard, and office support functions as needed.
Create and complete work orders while utilizing ticketing and asset tracking systems.
Monitor office supplies and coordinate inventory replenishment.
Support conference room setup and coordinate A/V equipment as needed.
Communicate professionally with employees, vendors, and customers to resolve service requests.
Track operationaal data and assist with preparing reports.
Support facilities-related activities, inspections, and contractor coordination when required.
Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work environment.
Perform additional administrative and operational duties as assigned.

Qualifications
High School Diploma or GED required.
Minimum 1 year of experience in office services, facilities, shipping/receiving, mailroom, administrative support, or a related field.
Previous customer-facing experience required.
Basic technical aptitude and familiarity with computer hardware.
Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications.
Experience using ticketing systems or asset management software is preferred.
Strong organizational, communication, and problem-solving skills.
Ability to work independently and manage multiple priorities.
Comfortable lifting, moving, and transporting IT equipment and office supplies throughout the day.

Physical Requirements
Frequent walking, standing, lifting, bending, and moving equipment.
Ability to safely lift and transport office equipment and packages.
Comfortable working in an active office and shipping environment.
