By managing day-to-day team dynamics, client alignment, financial health, and resource allocation, we ensure our work moves seamlessly from strategic vision to real-world impact.

The role.

Weโ€™re seeking an operational Vice President of Global Managed Services to lead, scale, and elevate our globally distributed Managed Services team. You are a seasoned technical and operational leader who owns the MS function. Combining client service excellence with commercial accountability, you will re-orchestrate our technology and delivery operations to maximize client impact. Crucially, The VP of Managed Services will look at managed services through a modern lensโ€”knowing exactly how to extend CMS platforms with AI and Generative AI to drive next-gen automation for our clients. The role reports to the Global Managing Director of Program Delivery. **Candidates are required to be based in or near the Bogotรก metro area for in-office attendance at a minimum of 2 days a week.

What youโ€™ll do. Global Program Management & Operational Excellence
  • Distributed Team Leadership: Direct, mentor, and inspire a large, globally distributed team of AEM architects, engineers, and service delivery managers operating across multiple time zones.

  • Operational Rigor: Bring a strong programmatic sense to the organization. Define, track, and optimize operational KPIs, SLAs, and resource utilization to ensure profitable, 24/7/365 world-class delivery.

  • Commercial Ownership: Own the financial health of Managed Services end to end tracking margin, performance against target utilization, staffing mix and flagging of delivery risk.

  • Governance: Establish robust governance frameworks for global account onboarding, incident management, continuous improvement, and risk mitigation.

Executive Client Partnership & Service Delivery
  • Act as the sponsor for our highest-value MS client relationships. You can pivot seamlessly from high-level digital strategy to deep technical execution, handling critical escalations with grace.

  • Deeply understand our service offerings and contracts. You will ensure flawless delivery against scope while proactively identifying modernization, expansion, and platform-extension opportunities.

  • Partner with clients to ensure they are maximizing their investments, translating technical uptime and AI efficiencies into clear business outcomes.

  • Listen and find opportunities to convert MS clients to broader Huge offerings in Technology, Design and Marketing.

Technical Framework, Enterprise Platforms
  • Serve as the product, program technical authority for our managed services offering. You can lead work with clients, engineers and Agents to trouble shoot platform issues and needed upgrades along ,

  • Broad CMS, Commerce & AI platform understanding: Beyond deep expertise in one platform, bring a comprehensive understanding of modern CMS and commerce platforms and headless architectures.

  • Continually refine and innovate our managed services framework using an agentic workflow, existing Huge created tools and global resources ensuring our delivery models embrace AI orchestration and modern deployment strategies to keep our clients ahead of the curve.

What weโ€™d like to see.
  • 15+ Years of Leadership: A proven track record of progressive experience in technology consulting, IT leadership, or enterprise program management, with at least 5+ years in a VP or equivalent executive role.

  • Global Scale Operations: A history of successfully managing large, multi-million dollar managed services portfolios with highly distributed global teams (North America, Europe, LATAM, APAC).

  • Experience in owning portfolio margin/ P&L for a managed services or retainer book of business. Comfortable with rate card mechanics & deal structures.

  • You must fit one of two profiles: a deep tech/architecture background with a proven transition into rigorous global operations, OR a master program director with an unusually deep, native understanding of enterprise AEM implementations and AI integrations.

  • Proven experience or deep conceptual mastery of extending enterprise CMS ecosystems using AI/GenAI tools to automate workflows, optimize assets, and accelerate delivery.
