KEY RESULT AREA:

Maximize sales and customer satisfaction

JOB RESPONSIBILITIES:

  • Exceptional sales and customer service
  • Proactively ensure full merchandising and attractive display
  • Take charge of the store and backroom
  • Secure the company’s assets, comply with Mall and company regulations
  • Be the Brand Ambassador for Chalo at the Mall
  • Regularly communicate with the retail management and support team

REQUIREMENTS

  • 12+ months prior sales experience in a retail environment

  • Experience with Square retail systems preferred

  • High school diploma level education preferred
  • Able to work 8-hour shifts, including weekends (on rotation)

Training will be provided.
