Role

We are looking for a Senior Manager, Sales Engineering - South Majors to join our team. This is a Remote role, reporting to the Director, Sales Engineering in the Americas Field Sales department. As the Senior Manager, Sales Engineering - South Majors, you will manage and lead a team of Sales Engineers to closely collaborate with our field Account Executive team. You will lead as a technical expert, developing your team to successfully build strong customer relationships and effectively solve complex cybersecurity concerns.

What you'll do (Role Expectations)

  • Hire and develop a high-performing sales engineering team to meet the demands of our South Majors segment
  • Refine and optimize critical sales engineering processes including discovery, technical qualification, and proof-of-concept
  • Develop and deliver impactful product and solution demonstrations that resonate with complex enterprise needs
  • Provide strategic advice and support for requests for proposals (RFPs) by presenting tailored recommendations and clear business benefits to clients

  • 10+ years of experience in sales engineering or systems engineering
  • 5+ years of experience directly managing and leading a sales engineering team
  • Demonstrated experience selling network security technologies within an enterprise environment
