Salary Range: $120,000 – $130,000

Position Summary:
We are seeking an experienced Construction Manager to oversee and deliver projects safely, on time, and within budget. This role will serve as the primary point of contact for all construction-related activities at assigned sites, ensuring seamless coordination across teams, vendors, and stakeholders.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Ensure safety is the top priority across all project sites
  • Manage projects from post-preconstruction through closeout, including contracts, scheduling, cost control, and quality assurance
  • Oversee utilities coordination, access/egress, submittals, RFIs, document control, and commissioning
  • Lead project execution to meet deadlines and budget requirements
  • Coordinate with engineering, compliance/regulatory, and legal teams
  • Serve as the main point of contact for all construction-related activities
  • Provide direction and coordinate efforts with Regional Construction Managers (RCMs)
  • Conduct site walkthroughs with Operations, partners, vendors, and internal teams
  • Manage a mix of Agency CM projects and General Contractor direct contracts
  • Build and maintain strong vendor relationships while expanding the network
  • Continuously pursue professional development and industry training

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Construction Management, or a related field from an accredited program (preferred)
  • Minimum of 7 years of relevant construction management experience
  • Strong knowledge of construction processes, contract management, and project delivery
