Job description

Growing, local constuction company looking for an enthusiastic and motivated team player to join us!

Previous relevant experience in the construction industry is desired.

Permanent; part time (3 weekdays), with opportunities for raises and advancement. Paid weekly; rate DOE.

Background check and drug test will be conducted.

Major Responsibilities:

  • Manage Accounts Receivable & Accounts Payable in Quickbooks Online (QBO), including: purchase orders, billables, receivables, expenses & bills, invoicing, payments, deposits, reports, etc.
  • Monthly AIA billings for commercial projects, including lien releases
  • Compile weekly timesheets/cards & enter into our system
  • Certified payroll reporting
  • Communicate with clients, vendors, subcontractors, and co-workers in a professional manner
  • Maintain organized digital and physical records
  • Provide general assistance to the team

Qualifications/Skills:

  • Quickbooks certified or 2+ years continuous quickbooks experience (related to the position)
  • 2+ years of previous, related experience
  • Strong computer & office organizational skills:
    • Microsoft Office (included Excel), DocuSign, GoogleDocs, Textura, & Procore
  • Notary (Can be completed during office hours if you do not yet have)
  • Bilingual is a plus
  • AIA Progress & Retention billing; certified payroll
  • Experience with ADP a plus, but not required
