Commercial Lines Account Manager (Brookfield, WI):
As an experienced local Account Manager in Commercial Lines, you will have the primary responsibility of managing customers' service needs. Provide proactive day to day client service by responding to client inquiries and issues in a timely manner. Create new and renewal proposals for prospects and clients. Serving as the customer’s sounding board, and liaison for insurance needs, you will help prepare, deliver, and maintain their custom insurance programs.
*Open to hybrid/in-office at our Brookfield, WI location.
Major Responsibilities:
  • Responsible for client service. Respond timely to client service requests as well as identify problems and develop strategic solutions.
  • Manage communications for new business quotes, renewals, policy changes, audits and billing.
  • Understand complex exposures including specialty product lines.
  • Prepare applications, proposals and related items for existing and new business.
  • Organize and prioritize workflows for assigned book(s) of business.
  • Provide expert professional support to our Agent Owners and help grow and retain business.
  • Assist with client management system and support administrative tasks and marketing projects.
  • Work with sales professionals to review client exposures, loss experience, current coverages and recommend appropriate products and services on an annual basis.
  • Utilize the agency management systems in an accurate and timely manner to enter and maintain all pertinent information.
Knowledge, Skills and Abilities:
  • 2-3 years prior professional experience in Commercial Insurance service working with a variety of account sizes with a record of providing an exceptional experience.
  • Experience in Personal Lines is a plus!
  • Experience handling a generalist book of business (preferred).
  • Excellent presentation skills, including verbal and written communication.
  • Strong organizational, time management skills and strong analytical, judgment, and decision-making skills.
  • Proficient in MS Office Suite.
  • Valid Property amp; Casualty license.
  • Applied Epic experienced preferred.
  • Must be willing to work in-office or hybrid at our Brookfield, WI location.
