Position Summary:
As a Facility Maintenance Technician, you will play a critical role in maintaining and repairing commercial facilities and equipment. This hands-on position requires a versatile skill set and the ability to troubleshoot, diagnose, and resolve a variety of maintenance issues across multiple trades.
The ideal candidate has experience in general building maintenance, electrical, plumbing, HVAC, and repair work, along with a strong commitment to safety and quality service.
Responsibilities:
  • Conduct routine inspections of facilities, equipment, and systems to identify maintenance needs
  • Diagnose and troubleshoot mechanical, electrical, and operational issues
  • Perform electrical repairs and preventive maintenance
  • Complete plumbing repairs and maintenance tasks
  • Service and maintain HVAC equipment and systems
  • Perform general carpentry and building repairs as needed
  • Provide handyman services, including minor repairs and installations
  • Ensure facilities and equipment comply with all applicable safety standards and regulations
