The Maintenance Supervisor will oversee maintenance and repairs. They also help troubleshoot and quickly repair any facility, mechanical or electrical problems when they arise.
Manage and direct Maintenance Associates to ensure that all maintenance tasks are completed safely, efficiently and cost effectively and maintain statutory regulations.
Duties and Responsibilities
The essential job functions include, but are not limited to:
โ€ข Oversees the day-to-day operations of the maintenance department.
โ€ข Evaluates systems or facilities to determine maintenance or repairs that need to be performed.
โ€ข Assesses building systems to plan work assignments and project schedules.
โ€ข Develops maintenance procedures and schedules.
โ€ข Ensures maintenance and repair work is completed correctly and in a timely manner.
โ€ข Assists with departmental budget estimates and costs of specific repair projects.
โ€ข Performs other related duties as assigned.
