Job description

About the Role:

Elite Building Services is looking to hire a full-time Field Maintenance Technician to work in the state of Pennsylvania (5) days per week, Monday thru Friday, 7:30am to 4:00pm. Candidate must possess organizational skills, attention to detail and a strong work ethic.


NOTE: Some evening and weekend work may be required for emergency work. 


This position requires regular travel to our customer sites throughout the Philadelphia and its western suburbs down toward Delaware. Candidates must be able to travel within a 50-mile radius, including: Glen Mills, Philadelphia, West Chester, Ardmore, Kennett Square, Downingtown,Malvern, King of Prussia, and  Media PA.

.  Company vehicle, gas card, tools & materials will be provided during work hours.

 Role Requirements:

  • 1 Year maintenance/handyman experience
  • Valid Driver’s License
  • Must be authorized to work in the United States
  • Must have reliable transportation

 Physical Requirements: 

  • Must be able to lift 20+ pounds regularly every day
  • Bend, stretch, stand, twist, reach, walk & sit for extended periods of time
  • Climb stairs and ladders
