Maintenance DirectorJob Summary:

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Maintenance Director to join our team at Saunders Nursing and Rehabilitation Center. As a Maintenance Director, you will be responsible for overseeing the maintenance and upkeep of our facilities, ensuring a safe and comfortable environment for our residents and staff.

Maintenance Director Responsibilities:
  • Oversee the day-to-day maintenance operations, including repairs, renovations, and capital projects

  • Manage a team of maintenance staff, providing guidance, training, and support to ensure timely completion of tasks

  • Develop and implement maintenance schedules, budgets, and programs to ensure efficient use of resources
