About the Role:

The Maintenance position is critical to ensuring the smooth and efficient operation of facilities and equipment within our organization. The primary goal of this role is to perform routine inspections, preventive maintenance, and timely repairs to minimize downtime.. This role requires a proactive approach to identifying potential issues before they escalate, thereby supporting a safe and productive work environment. The Maintenance professional will collaborate closely with the Owner, Regional Director of Operations and Site Administrators to prioritize maintenance tasks and respond promptly to urgent repair needs. Ultimately, this position contributes significantly to operational continuity and cost savings by maintaining high standards of equipment reliability and facility upkeep.

Minimum Qualifications:

  • High school diploma or equivalent.
  • Proven experience in maintenance work, including electrical, or plumbing systems.
  • Basic knowledge of safety standards and procedures related to maintenance tasks.
  • Ability to read and interpret technical manuals, blueprints, and schematics.
  • Physical ability to perform manual labor, including lifting, climbing, and working in confined spaces.
  • Strong problem-solving skills.
  • Valid drivers license and reliable transportation.

Responsibilities:

  • Conduct monthly maintenance inspections of 6 center locations to identify maintenance needs.
  • Perform preventive maintenance tasks assigned.
  • Maintain accurate records of maintenance activities, including work orders, parts used, and time spent on repairs.
  • Respond promptly to emergency maintenance requests to minimize operational disruptions.
  • Collaborate with vendors and contractors for specialized repairs, service and maintenance projects.
  • Ensure compliance with safety regulations and company policies during all maintenance activities.
  • Ability to work after 6pm and/or on weekends is required as part of a 40 hour work week.
