Job Description
Diversified Maintenance is hiring a Maintenance Specialist. The Maintenance Specialist performs maintenance duties around the facility in an industrial setting. The Maintenance Specialist will also participate in general cleaning duties from time to time, as assigned by the supervisor.
SCHEDULE:
  • Full Time
  • Monday - Friday (on call afterhours and weekends)
  • 7am - 4pm

PAY RATE: $25.00 per hour
Weekly Pay
RESPONSIBILITIES:
  • Inspect spaces daily to identify problems with litter, mechanical failure, or breakdowns
  • Respond to requests for maintenance services
  • Change lights
  • Perform small electrical tasks
  • Performs other cleaning duties as assigned
  • Repair and maintain janitorial equipment

QUALIFICATIONS (MUST HAVE):
  • High school diploma or equivalent education/technical certification
  • Must possess professional experience and/or education in one or more of the following:
    • Small Engine Repair
    • Auto Mechanics
  • Attention to detail
  • Basic skills in mechanical repair and routine facility maintenance
  • Ability to use common tools such as hammers, screwdrivers/drills, and wrenches
  • Time management skills

PREFERRED QUALIFICATIONS (NICE TO HAVE):
  • Experience with precision measuring instruments or electronic testing devices
  • Degree from a technical college
