Job description

The Maintenance / Warehouse Repairs Lead supports the safe and efficient operation of the facility through preventative maintenance, equipment repair, and systems monitoring.
This role partners with the Facilities Manager to coordinate maintenance activities, support vendor relationships, and ensure compliance with all safety procedures and facility standards.
Troubleshoot electricals and refrigeration systems, respond to after-hours-system needs, and maintain warehouse equipment and infrastructure.
Assist maintenance and facilities team with snow removal, adjustment of warehouse racking, and any other duties which may occur in keeping the facility safe and clean.
The ideal candidate:
  • Must be at least 18 years of age
  • Must have a valid driver's license and be able to drive in NH
  • Must be able to pass a forklift test and receive a license on all warehouse equipment
  • Knowledge of multi-meters and vernier calipers
  • Ability to do light plumbing and light electrical
  • Ability to work in an area with anhydrous ammonia
  • Comfortable working in a multi-temperature environment, as low as -20ยฐ. Able to work outside, year-round, for extended periods of time, including during inclement weather.
