This position involves performing routine inspections, troubleshooting, and repairing mechanical, electrical, and plumbing systems to minimize downtime and maintain safety standards. The Maintenance Tech II collaborates closely with other team members to implement preventive maintenance programs and respond promptly to emergency repair requests. This role requires a proactive approach to identifying potential issues before they escalate, thereby supporting overall operational continuity. Ultimately, the Maintenance Tech II contributes to creating a safe, reliable, and well-maintained environment that supports the organization's productivity and compliance goals.

Minimum Qualifications:

  • High school diploma or equivalent.
  • Minimum of 3 years of experience in maintenance or a related technical field.
  • Proficiency in troubleshooting and repairing mechanical, electrical, and plumbing systems.
  • Ability to read and interpret technical manuals, blueprints, and schematics.
  • Valid driver’s license and ability to travel between job sites as needed.
