Job Summary
We are looking for an experienced and dependable Landscape Maintenance Supervisor/Foreman/Crew Leader to join our team! You will lead our mowing crew and maintain high-quality properties.  This is a hands-on position for someone who is reliable, detail-oriented, and takes pride in their work. Work references are required.

Key Responsibilities: 
  • Lead and manage a landscape maintenance crew
  • Perform mowing, trimming, edging, and general property maintenance
  • Operate truck, trailer, and landscape equipment safely
  • Ensure all tools and equipment are properly secured before leaving each job site
  • Conduct daily pre-trip inspections of vehicles, trailers, and equipment
  • Maintain quality standards and complete jobs efficiently
  • Report any equipment damage, property damage, and/or employee injuries immediately
Requirements: 
  • Experience leading a mowing/landscape maintenance crew 
  • Experience operating truck and trailer 
  • Ability to safely operate zero-turn mower 
  • Strong work ethic and leadership skills
  • Valid driver's license and reliable transportation
