This position is focused on empowering the team to take accountability for company goals, business performance, continuous improvement, and operational excellence. The Supervisor serves as the primary resource, point of contact, and decision-maker for maintenance issues.

Requirements

Key Responsibilities:

Support building the maintenance team's technical & functional capabilities.

Lead and support the strategic performance development of the maintenance team to continually improve maintenance strategies and equipment efficiencies.

Oversee preventive, predictive maintenance, MRO Inventory control and planning.

Improve reliability of production lines & ensuring machinery downtimes are reduced.

Support teamwork between maintenance and other departments.


Qualifications

5+ years of industrial maintenance and supervisory experience.

Experience in a supervisory capacity in an industrial environment with knowledge of predictive and preventive maintenance.

Solid problem solving and decision-making skills, sense of urgency, attention to detail, ability to execute multiple tasks and meeting deadlines.

Available for weekend and off-shift hours.

Strong computer and administrative skills (MS Office, CMMS, payroll system etc.)

Outstanding, verbal & written communication and interpersonal skills.
