Your Role as a Maintenance Manager

As a Service Manager, you will oversee all maintenance operations for an assigned community, leading a team of service professionals and ensuring the property's physical assets are maintained to the highest standards. This role plays a critical part in resident satisfaction, operational efficiency, and long-term asset performance.

You will collaborate closely with community management, vendors, and internal partners to deliver responsive service, preventive maintenance, and effective capital planning.

Key Responsibilities

Our Ideal Candidate for this Role

Education

  • High school diploma or GED required; equivalent experience considered

Certifications

  • EPA certification required
  • Certified Pool Operator (CPO) certification required
  • HVAC certification preferred

Experience & Requirements

  • Minimum of 4 years of experience in apartment or property maintenance
  • At least 2 years of experience in a supervisory or lead maintenance role preferred
  • Experience with Class A, new construction, or luxury multifamily communities preferred
  • Availability for on-call emergencies and proactive approach to problem solving.
  • A valid driver's license and reliable vehicle is required for this role for the purpose of on-call emergencies.
  • Must be willing to perform additional duties such as snow removal, unit touch up cleans and upkeep of amenity areas.
