Title: Maintenance & Reliability Manager

Location: Georgetown, SC (chemical manufacturing site with 5โ€“6 production units)

Team size: ~15โ€“20 reports (reliability techs, millwrights, E&I, planner, etc.)

Comp: $135Kโ€“$145K (bonus not guaranteed)



Position Overvie

wThis role focused on maintenance, reliability, and technical services in a manufacturing/chemical plant environment (located in Georgetown, South Carolina). This person oversees the Technical Services Department to ensure safe, reliable, and efficient production operations. It is a strategic, hands-on position in a family-operated company

  • esLead and optimize preventive, predictive, and precision maintenance program
  • s.Oversee reliability initiatives, maintenance execution, and asset integrity program
  • s.Track and report on maintenance KPIs to drive continuous improvemen
