About the Position:

The Regional Fleet Manager is responsible for overseeing the operation and efficient management of the Company's vehicle fleet across multiple locations within the region. This role ensures that all fleet activities align with organizational objectives, including cost control, regulatory compliance, safety, and operational efficiency. The Regional Fleet Manager leads strategic planning efforts to optimize fleet utilization, preventive maintenance programs, and vehicle replacement strategies. The position collaborates with cross-functional teams to implement policies that enhance driver safety and reduce environmental impact. Ultimately, the Regional Fleet Manager plays a critical role in supporting business operations by maintaining a reliable, cost-effective, and fully compliant fleet.

Minimum Qualifications:
  • Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Logistics, Transportation Management, or a related field preferred. Equivalent relevant experience in a similar role will be considered.

  • Minimum of five (5) years of experience in fleet management or a comparable operational leadership role.

  • Strong knowledge of vehicle maintenance, safety regulations, and fleet management software.

  • Proven ability to manage budgets and analyze financial data related to fleet operations.

  • Excellent leadership, communication, and team management skills.

Preferred Qualifications:
  • Certified Automotive Fleet Manager (CAFM) or similar fleet management certification.
