Join us!Our Company is seeking: An experienced and highly motivated Maintenance Supervisor for our Market Rate Community in Cherokee County, GA.  Job Type: Full-Time Job Description Summary: The Maintenance Supervisor leads, and coordinates activities of workers engaged in cleaning, maintaining, and repairing physical structures of buildings and grounds. Primary responsibilities include hands-on community maintenance, including overall inspection, repair and general maintenance of common areas and other interior/exterior areas. Responsibilities:Lead the maintenance team to complete work orders, perform preventive maintenance, property upkeep and repairs. Coordinate and complete resident work orders within 24 hours.Complete regular community inspections.Ensure that all market-ready apartments are prepared for move-in.Perform on-call emergency service as required.Monitor the maintenance and upkeep of all mechanical equipment in the community, including water heaters, HVAC units, Performs various preventative maintenance functions and records findings in maintenance logs and/or property management software system.Works with Property Manager maintaining and monitoring Budget Control Log.Confirms with Property Manager that contractors have completed insurance requirements before performing work.Understands and complies with Fair Housing Laws and Standards.Responsible for monitoring shop inventory to ensure productivity.Complete supply orders in accordance with the annual operating budget.
