Maintenance - Electrical Associate

This is to advise you of permanent vacancies for entry level into the Maintenance – Electrician Associate program.

Hourly pay rate is $33.29/Hour, as of June 1, 2026.

Requirements:

  • Must be 18 years of age or older
  • Minimum high school graduate or GED equivalent
  • Candidates must satisfy at least one of the following two criteria to be able to apply for an open Maintenance Associate position.
  • One (1) years' experience in any of the following Maintenance Skill Areas: ELECTRICAL
  • One (1) year vocational/technical education in the Mechanical Discipline: ELECTRICAL
  • The first 120 days are a probationary period to determine if the employee elects to continue as well as an opportunity for Management to make an initial determination whether the employee has the capability to progress in maintenance work.
  • Each Associate will be expected to acquire a complete set of tools for the type of work they are doing.
  • From time to time, it may be necessary for maintenance employees to work overtime. All Maintenance employees are required to stay when they are needed. In addition, it may be necessary to call in maintenance personnel after regular hours. The employees are expected to come when they are called, not just when it is convenient.
  • It is understood that junior qualified maintenance employees are required to work shift work if more senior employees on shift work request to workdays.

The assessment process will include an online computer test and formal interview. Candidates passing the online test and receiving favorable interview scores will be considered assessment qualified and will be considered for the position.

Experience (Desired Skills):

  • Willing and capable of working all shifts
  • Ability to work in a team environment

PLUS: Must be willing to meet the following requirements:

  • Undergo a drug screen for illicit use of drugs as a condition of employment.
  • Submit to periodic drug screens as a condition of employment.
  • Work any shift and/or a rotating shift schedule
  • Work overtime on a regular basis and with last-minute notification.
  • Work holidays and/or weekends on a regular basis.
  • Wear required safety equipment.
  • Operate or work in industrial conditions (i.e. warm/hot, dusty/dirty, around hazardous chemicals, noise, heavy machinery or elevated working surfaces with proper safety training and safety protection).

Preferred Qualifications:

  • Relevant work experience in an industrial environment.
  • Strong math/physics understanding.
  • Millwright/Machinist backgrounds on the mechanical side.
