Job description

Immediate Hire - 2nd Shift Machine Maintenance Mechanic

Are you a skilled maintenance professional with mechanical and electrical experience? We're seeking a Machine Maintenance Mechanic to join our team on 2nd shift and help keep our production equipment operating at peak performance.

Key Responsibilities

  • Perform preventative and routine maintenance on production machinery
  • Troubleshoot, diagnose, and repair mechanical and electrical equipment issues
  • Install, replace, and maintain machinery and facility equipment
  • Fabricate and repair parts as needed, including welding tasks
  • Coordinate and support scheduled maintenance projects
  • Safely operate a forklift to move materials and equipment
  • Maintain accurate maintenance records and follow safety procedures

Qualifications

  • Strong mechanical and electrical troubleshooting skills
  • Previous experience in a manufacturing or production environment
  • Ability to read and interpret blueprints, schematics, and technical drawings
  • Welding and fabrication experience preferred
  • Forklift experience a plus
  • Strong attention to safety, quality, and detail

Compensation & Schedule

  • Pay: $30.00 per hour
  • Shift: Monday through Friday, 12:00 PM to 8:30 PM
