ESSENTIAL JOB FUNCTIONS

Abide by all safety regulations to ensure safety of oneself, coworkers and customers

Clean interior of the building, as well as machinery and equipment, and exterior of the building

Perform routine building maintenance duties, including painting, minor electrical repairs, plumbing, carpentry, and heating and ventilation systems maintenance.

Complete administrative duties, such as filling out forms and reporting maintenance statuses to supervisor

Diagnose and troubleshoot issues

Keep inventory of maintenance and cleaning supplies and equipment, and report needs to supervisor

Operate all power tools in a safe manner

Overhaul gearboxes and milling equipment as needed

Perform electrical work

Perform millwright work as needed

Perform routine building maintenance duties

Perform welding, cutting and layout work as needed

Respond to emergency calls for maintenance and repairs

Work with and maintain relationships with contracted vendors

Other duties as assigned by your supervisor

REQUIRED QUALIFICATIONS

Capability to safely operate power tools

Experience in millwrighting, welding, and electrical repair

Ability to frequently climb to varying heights including grain legs

Ability to frequently stand and/or walk for extended periods of time

Ability to frequently lift and/or carry heavy objects no more than 50 pounds

Willingness to work extended hours and weekends when needed

Willingness to work various weather elements including cold, heat, wind, rain, etc.
