Job description

As a Maintenance Associate for multi-family apartment communities, you will play a critical role in ensuring the proper functioning and upkeep of residents' homes. This role involves performing electrical, plumbing, HVAC, and general repair tasks as part of a small maintenance team. Occasional emergency on-call availability will be required to address urgent issues promptly.

Responsibilities

  • Conduct routine inspections of apartment units and common areas
  • Perform repairs on electrical, plumbing, HVAC, and general systems
  • Implement preventive maintenance to avoid system failures
  • Troubleshoot issues and quickly resolve maintenance requests
  • Collaborate effectively within a small maintenance team (2-5 members)
